Si bien es cierto, las incidencias dentro de una empresa de mensajería es el pan de cada día, ya sea por ausencia del destinatario o por dirección incorrecta. Cuando surgen dichas incidencias, la comunicación es inmediata con el cliente, dando la solución en el acto. Y con este tipo de servicio, conseguimos y mantenemos la confianza de nuestros clientes.
